Experience
Ms. Peterson joined SuttleLaw in 1996, bringing with her over 30 years of combined legal secretarial and paralegal experience in probate law, and five years of experience in trust administration. Currently, Ms. Peterson specializes in probate, trust administration and the preparation of United States estate tax returns (Form 706) and state estate tax returns, as appropriate.

Ms. Peterson began her career as a probate secretary with Hassard, Bonnington, Rogers & Huber in San Francisco. She became a paralegal with that firm in June of 1983 and continued as a paralegal with that firm until 1991 when she left San Francisco and moved to Napa, California. While in Napa, Ms. Peterson continued to specialize in probate and trust administration. In October of 1996 Ms. Peterson returned to San Francisco, at which time she joined SuttleLaw.

Professional Affiliations and Community Activities
Ms. Peterson has been an active member of the San Francisco Paralegal Association since 1983. In 1992 she was Co-Chair of the Estate/Trust Administration Section of that organization and received the President's Award.
